If you are interested in manufacturing products made with Celliant, this section will provide you with much of the technical information about the materials that you need to get started. The products that follow are currently being made and are held in inventory to be purchased in short order. Our team of specialists is equipped to produce new products that use our innovative technology on demand. If you would like a product not listed here, please contact info@celliant.com and we will work with our licensed mills to produce the product you want.
Fibers
Celliant offers two staple fibers, a 9 x 3 staple fiber and a 1.8 x 1.5 staple fiber. The 9 x 3 is primarily used for stuffing and provides an excellent use of Celliant in bedding and other products. If your business is prepared to mill your own spun yarn, our 1.8 x 1.5 staple fiber may be more to your liking. This fiber is currently used to spin all of our spun yarns. More »
Yarns
Celliant is available in both spun and filament yarns. Depending on your needs, each one could be the right option for you. Our spun yarns are all produced in the United States and have a great, soft hand. We currenlty keep inventory of spun yarns from 28/1's to 12/1's in both 100% Celliant and 50% Celliant/50% Polyester blends. Our 75/36 filament yarn is also a great option if you are looking for a finer yarn, possibly for performance apparel or other thin fabrics. More »
Fabrics
Celliant fabrics are currently produced at a number of excellent mills in the United States and overseas in Taiwan and South Korea. Depending on the type of product your company is trying to develop, our mills produce wholesale fabrics with a variety of fibers including cotton blends, wool blends, nylon, lycra, spandex and more. We also work with fabric mills to develop unique fabrics for customers that have very specific needs.
The fabrics below include options that are below 42% Celliant but these fabrics are used in conjuction with additional higher content fabrics to meet Celliant's 42% minimum requirement.
